What is a good song to play on guitar for a loved one?

i speak in songs. whenever i have to show something really emotional i
struggle to say how i feel so i write it in my songs instead. ive
started learning guitar recently and at the same time someone i love
has come back into my life and he still loves me even after what
happened before. ive taught myself to play wish you were here by
fleetwood mac but was wondering if there's any other songs anyone
could think of that i could play to show how i feel. i'm trying to
write my own for him (with the music too!) which is going surprisingly
well but i want more :P
